Offshore Animation Update 05
First test render of the Subsea animation (without Voice Over)
The animatic has been signed off!!!
It has a temporary Voice Over and a temporary oil spill system.
We are now at the render stage so the final finish animation will be ready very soon!

An Olympic ship, which is a DP2 Multi Service Vessel, has been modeled and used in the development of the animatic.

Extensive work as been done on creating a believable underwater oil spillage using a 3D simulation. It was a real headache trying to achieve a 3D volumetric effect but it’s finally finished.
