They will get your property listed on the UK’s biggest property websites such as Zoopla, Rightmove and hundreds more. A few minutes is all it takes to list the property on line and the search for the right tenant will begin instantly. Once the right person has been found, Alan Wyatt will draw up Tenancy Agreements and help with the tenants deposit registration. If the property is being sold, Alan Wyatt will help with valuation, take a professional photo and floor plan before the property is listed on the market.
